Arcv2CAD converts ESRI shapefiles (ArcView, ArcGIS, ArcMap etc.) to AutoCAD DXF and DWG formats. This allows shapefiles to be read by virtually all CAD software, for example AutoCAD, MicroStation, CivilCAD, DesignCAD, SolidWorks, as well as numerous other Mapping and Graphics software, eg CorelDraw, Surfer, World Construction Set.

Standard Licenses are 'per user' licenses and permit installation to the same number of PCs as the number of users for the license.
Concurrent-User licenses may be installed on any number of PCs in a single network. The number of users permitted to use the software at the same time (concurrently) is restricted to the number of concurrent users specified in the License.
