  • After you click on the link to download PDF Complete, a small window will ask you if you wish to OPEN, SAVE, or CANCEL.
  • Click on OPEN and the file will be saved to a temporary location on your computer.
  • When the download is complete, the installation will continue.
  • If a previous installation is found, the previous software will be uninstalled.
  • Please accept the End User License Agreement, select the installation location, and then wait while the software is installed.

For FireFox:

  • Click on the link below to download the software installation. The download is about 14MB in size.
  • After you click on the link to download PDF Complete, a small window will ask you if you wish to OPEN, SAVE, or CANCEL.
  • Click on SAVE and the file will be saved to your desktop.
  • When the download is complete, a Downloads window will appear with the PDF Complete download listed at the top.
